Jeremy Mollet is an accomplished veteran in the Staffing Industry. He was most recently the Founder of Blockchain Storytellers, a leading blockchain recruiting firm, where he partnered with the largest names in the industry and worked with high-growth startups in rapid domestic and international expansion. Jeremy’s expertise is in building and developing recruiting teams to achieve their maximum potential. As the Southern California Managing Director of VincentBenjamin, Jeremy was able to increase revenue of the region by 500% leading to the company’s acquisition. At Randstad, Jeremy led his office to back-to-back Office of the Year awards, a feat that had never been accomplished before and has since yet to be repeated.
Andrew and Jeremy first met at VincentBenjamin where Jeremy hired Andrew as a technical recruiter. They partnered together to rebuild the company’s Los Angeles Office. As a unit, they were able to significantly grow the firm’s Contract/Staff Augmentation business and Direct-Hire business. After 3 years at VB together, Jeremy ventured out to start his own firm, Blockchain Storytellers and Andrew joined Coda Search to lead their West Coast expansion.
Another 3 years later, Andrew and Jeremy decided to join forces to design and build a new recruiting firm to fit the rapidly changing landscape of recruiting.
